03 — Why a birth center

Good care shouldn't depend on how close the hospital is.

In the US, many rural hospitals are closing their maternity units because obstetric care has become so expensive. The birth center model answers many of these problems — and offers birth at a significantly lower price. CP Birth Center brings that model to Southern Utah families, offering real choices and honoring the wishes of each mom-to-be and her family.

What's included

04 — Perimenopause & menopause

  • Hot flashes.
  • Broken sleep.
  • Brain fog.
  • Mood you don't recognize.

These are common signs of shifting hormones — and they're treatable. Joanne prescribes bio-identical hormone therapy, made from plant sources, after a consultation that starts with how you feel.
